🎯 Objectives & Team Mission

Our goal is to serve as the eyes and ears of Wonder. We want to create the best user experience by ensuring our users have fluency, ownership, and excitement with the platform. This includes running the support center, managing customer success avenues, and creating resources company wide.

βœ” Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound customer correspondence.
  • Troubleshoot support issues and funnel to product.
  • Create content for all external communication including email campaigns, newsletters,
  • Run weekly live demos, which you can attend here.

🧩 Current Projects

  • Currently building out a community platform for our users.
  • Developing a scorecard so every department company-wide can have easy access to customer insights.
  • Customising Drip campaigns and product tours for product onboarding.

D.R.E.A.M.: Data rules everything around me. We want to make informed decisions by looking at core issues and behaviours of our users. We want to bring data to our empathetic, heartfelt, and relatable approach to user commnication.
